Looksmax Guide is published by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). This policy covers the educational website, its reading list, search, planners and worksheets.

Our postal address is Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367–375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. We are the organization responsible for personal information processed through this website.

The MogRise mobile app is a separate service. Its photo processing, accounts, subscriptions and AI features are described in the app privacy policy and the information shown inside the app. This website policy does not replace those disclosures.

When your browser requests a page or asset, the server receives technical request information, including an IP address, the requested URL and the time of the request. Basic access or error records may be used to deliver pages, diagnose problems and protect the website against misuse.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate statistics about pages visited, referrers, approximate country, browser and device type. Technical requests are processed to derive these statistics; IP addresses are not stored in the analytics data. A temporary visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours. URL query parameters and fragments are removed from page-view events. Saved guides, search terms, planner choices, worksheet notes and photos are not sent to analytics.

We do not build an advertising profile, perform biometric identification or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors through this website.

When you choose to save a guide, the website stores the identifiers of your saved articles in your browser’s local storage. The storage key is looksmax-guide:reading-list:v1. It contains article references, rather than your name, email address, photographs or worksheet notes.

This reading list is not sent to us, synchronized to a server or shared with MogRise. It remains on the same browser and device until you remove the saved articles or clear this website’s browser data. If persistent storage is unavailable, the reading list may work only for the current page session.

The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and editorial images are served with the website, rather than loaded from a third-party font service or embedded social-media feed.

Website search runs against the guide library in your browser. Search queries are not submitted to a search provider. Choices in the starter planner and other interactive tools are processed on the page; they are not submitted to an AI service or stored in a personal server account.

Editable worksheet and topic notes stay in the current page session. Refreshing or leaving the page can discard them. When you use a download control, the website creates a file for you to save on your device. We do not receive a copy of that file or its contents.

Files you download remain under your control. If you later share them or store them with another service, that is a separate action subject to the destination’s privacy settings and policies.

If you contact Rocket Digital through its contact page, you choose which contact details and message to provide. That contact channel is hosted on a separate website and has its own privacy information. Please mention Looksmax Guide so your request can be directed correctly.

We use voluntarily provided correspondence to answer your question, handle a privacy request or address an issue you report. You do not need to send a portrait, identity document or medical information to ask a question about this website.

Where a lawful basis is required, our legitimate interests are delivering and protecting the website, understanding aggregate usage and responding to enquiries. Opening a link does not transfer your reading list or worksheet notes from this website.

Our publisher is based in Hong Kong. Correspondence you send through the publisher’s contact channel may be handled there or by its service providers. You can ask through that channel about any international processing and safeguards relevant to your request. Applicable requirements for international transfers continue to apply.

Saved guide references remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site data. Unsaved worksheet notes and planner choices normally last only for the current page session. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.

Technical records and correspondence are retained only for as long as needed for their purpose, such as investigating a fault, answering an enquiry, resolving a dispute or meeting a legal obligation. We do not apply the MogRise app’s photo-retention rules to this website because the website does not accept photos.

No browser or communication channel can guarantee absolute security. You can limit information you send us, use a device you trust and clear stored website data when you no longer need it.

You can remove guides from your reading list using the bookmark controls, or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. We cannot erase local files or browser storage remotely because those items stay on your device.

Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, you may have the following rights concerning personal information held by us:

• Ask for access to your information, correction of inaccuracies or deletion.
• Request a restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Request a portable copy where the right to data portability applies.
